The International, multicentric, prospective, investigator-driven, open-label randomized trial will observe and evaluate the efficacy of the Magic Touch Sirolimus Coated Balloon (Concept Medical Inc.) in a head-to-head comparison with Everolimus Eluting Stent (EES) considered to be a gold standard treatment, in 1:1 randomization in the native coronary vessels.

This trial is going on 49 centers around the globe. 2 centers are working with this trial in Bangladesh, one is National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases, Dhaka ( Unit 8, Principal investigator Prof. Mohsin Ahmed) & others National Heart Foundation ( Principal investigator Prof Fazila Malik)

This 5-year trial is being conducted in 49 centers around the world with the hypothesis that this could be a game changer in the angioplasty procedure. “Nothing leaving behind after the procedure”
