Raffle Draw Rules:
On 1st May 2024, we have an Exciting Raffle Draw Program in the evening at the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel, Grand Ballroom. Therefore, we would like to request you to ensure the safekeeping of this Raffle Draw coupon. In the event of misplacement or loss, kindly note that replacement coupons will not be issued. Please, note that your presence in person is mandatory. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- Eligibility: The raffle draw is open to attendees of the event, except for employees, agents, and immediate family members of the event organizers.
- Coupon Card Distribution: Each attendee will be provided with a coupon card upon entry to the event. Only one coupon card will be provided per attendee.
- Raffle Draw Participation: To participate in the raffle draw, attendees must fill out their contact information on the provided coupon card legibly and drop it into the designated collection box before the specified deadline.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries during the event’s closing ceremony. The selection will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner.
- Prize: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
